- No. This is a flexible partnership for people, agencies, groups, and AI agents who introduce scoped studio clients to p0stman. You earn commission, fixed fees, or retainers based on what we agree.
- What kind of projects qualify?
- Outsourced scoped-build / studio deliverables only. AI automation from £5k, AI voice agents from £5k, AI operations from £8k, MVP launches from £5k, AgentReady audits from £1.5k, fractional CTO £3-5k/month. We do NOT accept staff-aug or contractor-on-a-team roles.
- What do typical deals look like?
- Most projects land in the £10k–£25k range. Larger engagements (multi-agent systems, platform builds, annual fractional CTO retainers) go up to ~£100k. Not £1k brochure websites or tiny one-off jobs.
- How much can I earn per deal?
- Commission is typically 15–30% of the closed project value. Example: 20% of £15k is £3k. 20% of £50k is £10k. We agree commercial terms upfront — commission, fixed fee per intro, or retainer.
- Do I need to be exclusive?
- Preferred but not required. If you have other partnerships, that is fine. We just ask for named attribution when you make an introduction.
- How is attribution tracked?
- Named intro on the deal. No cookie affiliate links or complex tracking. You introduce the client with context, and we attribute the deal to you.
- Is there a minimum volume requirement?
- None. Introduce as many or as few qualified clients as you can. This is flexible.
- What geography do you serve?
- Remote. UK-heavy networks help since we are based in Norfolk, but we work with clients globally.
